x2 Sales Representative: New Vehicles -Ford and Mazda Germiston

About the Role
We are seeking two enthusiastic Sales Representatives for our New Vehicles division, focusing on the popular Ford and Mazda brands. In this position, you will play a key role in driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service in our Germiston dealership.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and showcase the features of new Ford and Mazda vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions to close deals efficiently and effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline for new vehicle sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide outstanding after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field, demonstrating exceptional sales skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service at every touchpoint.
- Proficient in using CRM software and digital sales tools to manage customer relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed for dealership events or customer visits.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Ford and Mazda products or familiarity with other automotive brands.
- Relevant certification in sales or automotive training is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Afrikaans or other local languages may enhance customer engagement.
- Demonstrable understanding of financing options and vehicle specifications.
