What you'll do:
- Building new business opportunities within fraud prevention, risk management, governance, and compliance markets.
- Engaging executive stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, CROs, Compliance Officers, Internal Audit, Risk Managers, HR Executives, Insurance Claims Executives and Security Leaders.
- Identifying opportunities where clients face fraud, governance, verification, screening or integrity challenges.
- Presenting XTND's technology-enabled risk and fraud solutions to prospective clients.
- Conducting solution demonstrations and consultative sales engagements.
- Developing proposals, commercial models, tenders and business cases.
- Collaborating with product and technical teams to design client-specific solutions.
- Managing pipeline development, forecasting and CRM reporting.
- Driving partner, reseller and alliance opportunities.
- Representing XTND at industry forums, conferences and networking events.
- Monitoring developments in fraud, cybercrime, governance, compliance and workforce risk markets.
Your Expertise:- Functional Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Business Development, Solution Sales, Consultative Sales or Strategic Account Management.
- Experience selling technology solutions or professional services.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience developing commercial business cases, ROI models, value propositions and financial justifications to support client investment decisions
- Ability to align solutions to client financial objectives, including revenue growth, cost optimisation, risk mitigation, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client business models. Commercial drivers, strategic objectives and industry challenges.
- Industry Experience

- Risk Intelligence Solutions
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Background Screening & Verification Services
- SaaS Platforms
- Proven Track Record
- Consistent achievement of revenue and gross profit targets.
- Demonstrated success in executive-level selling.
- Proven ability to develop new markets and strategic relationships.
- Successful management of large and complex opportunities.
- Experience building recurring revenue and subscription-based sales models.
- Ability to position business outcomes rather than technical features.
Qualifications:- Qualification in Business Management, Risk Management or Governance.
- Compliance, Governance or Risk certifications.
- Business Development or Sales certifications.
