DescriptionSSK is seeking a Senior Store Salesperson for its Agriland store in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the profitable and effective management of the assigned retail department.
Responsibilities- Drive profitability and operational efficiency within the assigned department.
- Oversee stock control, inventory tracking, and stock maintenance.
- Manage daily departmental administrative tasks and documentation.
- Implement marketing-oriented strategies to maximize sales and promote products.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, handle inquiries, and foster positive client relationships.
Requirements- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate required.
- Relevant retail or store sales experience is preferred.
- Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong planning, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
