Senior Specialist: Fleet Sales - Ford and Mazda Germiston

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Fleet Sales for our Ford and Mazda division in Germiston. This role focuses on developing and managing fleet sales strategies to effectively meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the fleet portfolio and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective fleet sales strategies tailored to the Ford and Mazda brands.
- Generate and nurture relationships with fleet customers, including corporate accounts and government agencies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in fleet sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions for fleet clients.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal departments such as procurement and logistics to ensure efficient delivery and service.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the fleet offerings and generate leads.

Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet sales or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrable experience in developing sales strategies and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and effective communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with the Ford and Mazda brands, or familiarity with their fleet offerings.
- Relevant certifications in sales or fleet management.
- Familiarity with the South African automotive market and industry regulations.
