Sales Representative - Land Rover New & Used Vehicles (George )

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Land Rover New & Used- George. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales of our diverse range of vehicles. You will play a pivotal role in meeting sales targets and enhancing our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase vehicle features and advantages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales goals and improve customer retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking sales metrics and performance.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to sales, including documentation and follow-ups, are completed accurately and on time.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our products.

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the automotive industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage customer interactions and data.
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for client visits.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in customer relationship management and developing sales strategies.
- Knowledge of Ford products and the automotive market will be considered an advantage.
