Primary Purpose of the Job:

To perform to the best of your abilities all duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned to you. You will do your best to protect and promote the business and interest of the company and to preserve its reputation and goodwill at all times. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):

• Tea and coffee making for staff
• Cleaning of kitchen and tidiness of kitchen
• Serving tea and coffee at meetings
• Stocktaking of kitchen
• Managing storeroom (tidying, packing, replenishing)
  
• Assisting with daily cleaning of desks, offices and boardrooms

Job Specific Requirements

Job Knowledge:

• Knowledge of customer service (essential)

Job Related Skills:

• Effective communication skills (essential)
• Customer relations skills (essential)

Job Experience:

• 1 year’s general work experience (desirable)

Education:

• Grade 12
