As a Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in aligning People & Culture initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. You will work closely with leadership and employees to foster a high-performance culture, improve employee engagement, and provide expert guidance on People & Culture related matters.
Partner with leadership to implement People & Culture strategies that support business goals.
Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and leadership coaching.
Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Lead performance management processes, providing coaching and support for managers.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build an inclusive workplace.
Work on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain key talent.
Oversee change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
Analyze People & Culture metrics and workforce trends to make data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance within business with company and statutory policies, governance and regulations.
Experience in partnering in organsations with complex structures and dynamics
Demonstrated experience in managing complex IR matters including retrenchment processes, experience at the CCMA etc.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices.
Exposure in the Managed Services environment is advantageous
Ability to manage ad-hoc People & Culture projects and initiatives
Must have own vehicle and the ability to travel to client sites.
