A typical day for our OPS members entails working mostly in the office, we deal with overflight & landing permissions, aircraft ground handling arrangements ,fuel, flight planning, flight cost estimations, crew and PAX VIP arrangements worldwide. We do ground handling at FALA for our clients. The operation runs 24 hours/365 days a year, members work as per the roster.
