Stefanutti Stocks Inland is seeking an enthusiastic, organised HR Officer for a site-based position within the Renewable Energy discipline. The role provides hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, performance, payroll, benefits, compliance and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment administration and coordination
- Employee onboarding and induction
- Employee records management and maintenance
- Benefits administration, including medical aid, provident fund and leave
- Accurate and timely payroll inputs and reconciliations
- Employee relations and HR administration support
- Learning and development coordination
- Performance and talent management tracking
- HR reporting, data tracking and generation of HR reports
- HR compliance, documentation and governance
- Support HR audits and reconciliations
- Effective management of HR deadlines and multiple priorities
Qualifications:
- Grade 12: National Senior Certificate
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (preferred)

Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in an HR Officer or HR Administrator role within a multinational or complex environment
- Sound experience in HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple priori
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
