Reporting to: Director Fundraising and Marketing Paterson Grading: D-level Introduction: The NSRI is seeking an experienced Head of Fundraising: Individual Giving to drive a data-led fundraising strategy focused on donor acquisition, retention and sustainable revenue growth. The role will lead direct marketing, contact centre operations and external partnerships, while overseeing budgets, people, CRM and analytics to maximise campaign performance, ROI and measurable fundraising impact.
