Desktop & Field Support Technician

The purpose of the role is to provide hands-on desktop and field support for endpoint hardware across Intercare, manage asset lifecycle, endpoint patching and imaging, coordinate outsourced regional partners, and ensure secure and compliant device provisioning for all users.
