Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Butchery Skills certification (added advantage)

3 to 5 years’ experience in a butchery environment 

Extensive knowledge of meat cuts, food safety, and butchery techniques

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service with a passion for delivering the highest-quality products

Experience in managing inventory and reducing waste in the butchery

Competencies

Skilled in cutting, manufacturing, and merchandising butchery products. 

Proficient in operating butchery equipment and applying safe work procedures. 

Strong customer service orientation with a passion for Fresh products. 

Ability to adapt quickly to new information, trends, and technologies. 

High energy levels, resilience, and a growth mindset. 

Good communication skills
